Administrative Generalist Office Management m/f/a – Part-Time (21 hours) – Protected Categories L.68/99
Location:
Agrate Brianza
Contract type: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Start date:
As soon as possible
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with suppliers (requesting quotes, placing purchase orders, managing contracts and deadlines).
Oversee office supplies and materials (ordering, monitoring, distribution).
Provide general administrative and organizational support to office operations.
Welcome visitors and manage internal and external communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient day-to-day activities.
Maintain and organize documentation, both digital and paper-based.
Support basic administrative and accounting tasks (expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.).
Requirements
Registered under the Protected Categories program (Law 68/99).
High school diploma required; previous experience in administrative or office roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, supplier management tools).
Team-oriented, flexible, and responsible approach.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
