Responsibilities Gestione del flusso di chiamate in entrata
Assistenza ai clienti, fornendo loro informazioni di base sullo stato di lavorazione del sinistro ed eventualmente trasferendo la chiamata al personale competente
Accoglienza degli ospiti in sede
Qualifications Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
Buone capacità comunicative
Gentilezza e professionalità
Buono standing
Inglese intermedio
Offer Stage full time della durata di 6 mesi con possibilità di assunzione
Rimborso spese mensile di 700 + buoni pasto da 7 euro
