In order to strengthen our Endurance and Corse Clienti Team we are looking for a motivated Budget & Administration Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).
Responsibilities

Manage the sponsor invoicing process and administrative activities related to Endurance and Corse Clienti.
Control and monitor costs related to Events and Officina XX, SPC, and F1 Clienti.
Support the operational activities of Corse Clienti, with a particular focus on administrative and budgeting aspects.
Manage the entity’s receivables: reminders, reconciliation, and verification of payments.
Handle administrative procedures for the creation and updating of supplier and customer master data.
Track and update the area budget, prepare periodic reports, and analyze variances.
Collaborate with the controlling department for forecasting and reporting activities.

Qualifications
In order to succeed in this challenging role you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master‑degree in Economics or related disciplines and you will have gained at least 3 years dedicated experience in a similar role.  Excellent knowledge of Excel & reporting tools and familiarity with company ERP systems are mandatory.
We are searching for a resource detail‑oriented, analytic, passionate, self‑motivated and supportive, with an outgoing personality and strong team spirit.
You must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target‑oriented and structured, demonstrate strong communication skills, work independently and integrate as part of a team, with attention to detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is required.  Fluent English is required; knowledge of French will be considered a strong plus.
