Who We’re Looking For

For the   K-Way   brand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented   Customer Service Assistant   to join our team based in   Turin   .
The resource will support the sales department in the operational and administrative management of customers, ensuring efficient and timely service to agents, distributors, and direct clients.

Key Responsabilities

Provide support to agents, distributors, and direct customers on commercial and administrative matters
Order management: entry, progress monitoring, receipt, and preparation
Provide information on the status of orders and shipments
Handle complaints related to shipping delays, missing goods, and issues with carriers
Manage customer records and update data
Prepare, send, and archive commercial and administrative documents
Handle replacements, product exchanges, and other customer requests
Returns management: enter requests into the company system, organize collections, and monitor the issuance of credit notes
Support payment reminder and credit collection activities
Prepare documentation for non-EU shipments
Analyze the order backlog
Provide general support to the sales team

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

required

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with main ERP systems (e.g., ERP / AS400)
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25,000, plus a range of company benefits.
