About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager based in Italy to lead our business development efforts in the lawn mowing and pool cleaning equipment sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Italian distribution landscape, proven sales experience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with key industry players.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian market
Identify, approach, and onboard distributors, retailers, garden centers, pool service companies, and other relevant partners
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and market engagement
Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and market demands
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for the Italian market
Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and market feedback to support strategic decisions

Requirements

Solid network or understanding of distributors, retailers, or service companies in the Italian market
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and remotely
Fluent in Italian and English
Ability to travel within Italy when required
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field is a plus
