Our Strategy & Corporate Finance practice works on projects across industries, advising clients on their toughest challenges, including corporate strategy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, business due diligence, value-based management, ESG strategy, and strategy in IPO situations.

Our expertise and experience help close the gap between corporate finance and strategy, to have significant impact on the client business and the top-management agenda.

Analysts join our offices and practices to work in teams and directly with our clients. In this role, you will work on the best teams to help the best organizations in the world – in private, public, and social sectors – solve their most difficult problems. You will also work with many experts, from data scientists and researchers to software and app designers.

Your team colleagues will make you feel welcome and help you be at your best during client engagements. You will discover coaches, mentors, sponsors and friends in your learning program. The Professional Development team will complement your experience by tailoring a learning and training program for you, considering your strengths and development needs.

Your Impact You will work in teams of typically 2-3 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client projects.

Over the course of each project, you will combine traditional management consulting skills with the capabilities needed to use innovative techniques of applied corporate finance, contributing to the development of leading-edge knowledge in areas relevant to corporate finance and strategy. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing and communicating recommendations.

You will also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Your Qualifications and Skills Master's degree with excellent academic record1+ years of experience in the areas of strategy, corporate finance, M&A or commercial due diligence acquired in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm or major corporation

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing

Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

Fluency in English is required

Fluency in Italian is mandatory
