What you will doAs an Italian-speaking Operational Risk Specialist with experience in manufacturing or heavy industry operations, you will support our teams in assessing and auditing client sites, as well as delivering coaching and training to promote cultural and behavioral change towards workplace safety.

Note:

this vacancy is not suitable for candidates with Operational Risk Management experience solely within financial services. We require experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or mining.

Who are you?

As a freelance subject matter expert, you can quickly engage with complex safety projects and have a proven track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all organizational levels. You should:

Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace Safety Training Possess expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors

Have experience in change management and embedding a safety culture

Be fluent in Italian Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to develop expertise in safety and operations management

Be interested in working on a freelance basis, capable of engaging in short and long-term projects without guarantees of further work
