Job Description The Senior Sales Manager, reporting directly to top management, will be a key figure in this commercial transformation. This is a newly created position offering the chance to take ownership of the strategic shift to solution selling.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the transition toward a consultative, service-oriented sales model.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement the new go-to-market strategy.
Engage directly with high-level clients in different sectors.
Collaborate with the existing sales team in reaching new goals.
Monitor market trends and adapt the strategy accordingly to maximize customer value.
Report regularly to leadership on performance and business development progress.
The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in software or tech services.
Strong energy and initiative, with a passion for driving strategic change and transformation.
A strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to deliver sustained impact over time.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.
Availability to travel nationally as needed.
