Partner – Life Science
We are looking for an Associate Partner or Partner with a proven experience in business development within the Life Sciences industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In your role you ll have the chance to:
Responsibilities Drive Strategic Growth:
Play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies.
Collaborate with Industry Experts:
Work with a team of experiences consultants and subject matter experts to co-create innovative strategies and scalable solutions.
Develop Client Relationships:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor.
Mentor and Lead Teams:
Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Qualifications Educational Background:
Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD or MBA would be preferred.
Industry
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record in delivering growth projects within the Life Science industry. Experience in Industrial Life Science and Med Tech would be preferred.
Language
Skills:
Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.
Communication Excellence:
Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
Entrepreneurial Drive:
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, change, and value creation.
Leadership
Experience:
Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration.
Cultural Fit:
Resilient, adaptable with a visionary outlook and a hands-on approach to solving client challenges.
