Planning & Operations Specialist

Location: Via Milano

Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance:
Define assortment and pricing control, ensure compliance with supply chain strategies and standards, and manage costs.
Assortment & Product Management:
Manage product assortment and pricing, handle pairings, SETs, consumables, and promotions.
Demand Planning & Inventory Control:
Analyze demand and manage stock, report on inventory, turnover, and availability.
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Oversee procurement and supplier relationships, ensure compliance with sales and purchasing rules.
Order & Logistics Management:
Place orders, track shipments, and coordinate direct deliveries.
Marketing & Promotions:
Manage promotional pricing and campaigns.
Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze supply chain data and monitor KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
Proficiency with supply chain software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
