Training Business Analyst

Location: Via Milano

This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects that support our mission of empowering startups and fostering innovation.

As an Analyst at Future Developing, you will collaborate with various teams to conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights that drive decision-making processes. Your work will support investment strategies, market research, financial modeling, and other data-driven initiatives that enhance our company’s success.
We’re looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or market research, preferably in the venture capital or startup ecosystem.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Bonus:

Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.

Familiarize yourself with Future Developing’s investment strategies, startup ecosystem, and data infrastructure.

• Review and analyze existing reports, research materials, and financial models.

• Begin supporting market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.

• Work closely with the investment team to understand data-driven priorities.
Provide data-driven insights for investment decisions and risk assessments.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve data-driven decision-making.

• Develop a comprehensive reporting and data strategy that aligns with Future Developing’s goals.

• Continuously refine and optimize data analysis processes and workflows.

• Establish yourself as a go-to resource for data-driven insights within the organization.

2+ anni di esperienza in data analysis, modellazione finanziaria o market research, preferibilmente nell’ecosistema venture capital o startup

• Ottima padronanza di Excel e degli strumenti di data visualization (es. Tableau, Power BI)

• Esperienza con analisi statistica, financial modeling e strumenti di business intelligence

• Plus: esperienza con linguaggi di programmazione come Python o R per l’analisi dei dati

Iniziare a supportare le attività di market research e analisi a supporto delle decisioni di investimento

• Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di investimento per comprendere le priorità data-driven

Fornire insight basati sui dati per decisioni di investimento e valutazioni del rischio

• Guidare le attività analitiche per decisioni di investimento chiave e iniziative strategiche

• Sviluppare una strategia completa di reporting e gestione dati in linea con gli obiettivi di Future Developing

• Migliorare e ottimizzare continuamente i processi e i flussi di lavoro di data analysis

• Diventare un punto di riferimento interno per gli insight data-driven
