Position: Digital Transformation Junior Analyst (Intern)
Location: Turbigo

Role Overview  The role will support digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process analysis, operational excellence, and change management, contributing to the translation of business needs into practical and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities   Support the analysis and mapping of business processes (AS-IS), identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Support the definition of TO-BE processes, in collaboration with Business and IT functions
Contribute to the collection and formalization of functional requirements
Support the creation of structured documentation in English (process flows, guidelines, operational procedures), as well as change management materials (presentations, guidelines, internal communications)
Support the planning of ongoing projects (deadline management, follow‑up activities, output analysis)
Collaborate in the implementation of business improvement and digitalization initiatives
Contribute to the communication and rollout of new processes within the organization, collecting feedback and supporting involved functions during the transition phase (training and initial operational support)
Requirements & Experience   Recently graduated in Management Engineering or a related field
Interest in process improvement, business organization, and digital transformation
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, enthusiasm, curiosity, and problem‑solving mindset

Good analytical and synthesis skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders; excellent communication skills are a must‑have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint (Excel is a plus)
Fluent English, a second language will be considered a plus
Basic knowledge of Operations, Finance, or IT is considered a plus
