Controller, Business, Financial Analyst

Experteer Overview  In this role you will be the key management control reference for COMAS, coordinating the monthly close and delivering insightful Business Reviews. You will support budget cycles, forecasts, and profitability analyses to drive informed decisions. Acting as a trusted business partner, you’ll shape industrial management control activities at production plants and foster continuous improvement across the organization. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role that connects finance with operations to sustain growth and efficiency.

Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing
Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses
Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts
Analyze project profitability and identify root causes of deviations
Define and structure industrial management control activities at production plants
Provide management support with ad hoc analyses
Act as a Business Partner to management with a Continuous Improvement mindset
Responsabilità   Master’s degree in Economics or Management engineering
4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the industrial machinery industry is a plus
Accounting skills applied to controlling/performance measurement

Experience with SAP
Passion for driving innovation
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
High accountability, collaborative and results-oriented; effective team player
Fluent in English
