Controller, Business, Financial Analyst

About the Role
The candidate will report directly to COMAS Finance Manager and will be part of the AFC Department; he/she will:

Be the company reference point for management control activities;
Elaborate and coordinate the monthly management closing;
Prepare the monthly Business Review and related analyses;
Support the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
Analyze projects’ profitability supporting internal departments to assess root causes in case of deviations;
Define and structure of industrial management control activities linked to the production plants;
Provide Management support with ad hoc analysis;
Have an active role of "Business Partner" towards the Management and the entire organizational structure, with a "Continuous Improvement" approach.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Economics or Management engineering;
4-5 years of experience in similar role;
Professional experience in Industrial machinery industry considered as a plus;
Accounting skills applied in controlling/performance measurement contexts;

Experience with SAP ;
Passion for driving innovation;
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability in partnership development, coordination, and negotiation;
High level of accountability, with a collaborative, reliable, and results-oriented approach; effective team player;
Fluent English (for non-native speakers).

Benefits
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40800, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
