The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Supply Chain department. As a Supply Chain Process Engineer Intern, you will be assigned one specific project within the following areas:
Planning, Logistics, Customer Service or Continuous Improvement. This internship offers a dynamic and hands‑on environment where you will gain valuable experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, and process optimization — tailored to the focus area of your assigned project.
Key Performance Areas
Process Mapping & Optimization: analyze and improve workflows within the selected area;
Data Analysis & Reporting: develop tools and dashboards to monitor performance;
Project Support: contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and service levels;
Collaboration:
work closely with internal teams and external partners;
Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for standardization and innovation.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields;
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
Interest in supply chain and operations;
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
Ability to work both independently and in a team;
Flexibility, curiosity and attention to detail.
Details
Location:
Cassina de’ Pecchi (MI), with a hybrid work model (on‑site and remote);
Duration: 6 months;
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 18:00;
Benefits:
Monthly allowance, meal vouchers or canteen access, transport reimbursement.
