** Supportare una customer experience adeguata sfruttando tutti i possibili canali e risolvendo le problematiche operative
** Attività:
** Gestire e aggiornare il catalogo dei servizi con le relative problematiche operative
Gestire la proposta di valore per il cliente
Gestire la proposta di valore per il cliente, in termini di: politica del listino prezzi, gestione degli eventi e gestione dei canali digitali.
** Requisiti:**- Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline ingegneristiche / economiche.
- Conoscenza avanzata lingua inglese
