Range & Product Manager Washing Machines

Experteer Overview  In this role you will bridge factory and Product Line to ensure successful product launches and ramp‑ups, combining deep product knowledge with market insight. You will work closely with R&D and clusters to align product definitions, ranges, and lifecycle activities with strategic goals. You’ll manage supply chain coordination, documentation for new variants, and tooling for marketing assets and product data.

This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape range strategy across regions while collaborating in a global, cross‑functional setting.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Coordinate with R&D to ensure timely product activities and follow‑up
Support APAC projects ensuring EU range consistency
Assist in range execution with daily product definition requests across clusters
Liaise with supply chain on phase‑in/out, stockouts, and capacity
Support factory to secure availability of PNC on specific requests
Prepare and maintain range model catalogues and engage with clusters on model commonality
Ensure compliance with Product Creation processes and prepare documentation for NVRs/RVP
Create new product (PNC) records and validate specifications within PLC
Validate control panel drawings and graphics with Range Manager & Cluster
Update Prime product information database across systems
Collaborate with clusters to ramp up production and inform timing/availability
Coordinate marketing asset development and provision of product data for catalogs
Produce marketing support materials (stickers, leaflets) aligned with central launches
Track changes and updates to meet legal, R&D and customer requirements
Coordinate improvements with R&D and factory; inform clusters about timing
Responsabilità   Academic degree in business and/or technical field
Experience in product development, market analysis, ranging and pricing
Profit & loss awareness and technical understanding
Project management with strategic prioritization
Strong analytical thinking and big‑picture view
Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
Excellent communication in a complex matrix organization
Fluent English (spoken and written)
