The Role  Are you someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and making sure things run smoothly from order to delivery?
As an After Sales Specialist, you play a key role in our Lifecycle Services team by supporting spare parts and equipment sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the process. You will work in an international environment with global customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
This position can be based either in our Conegliano office in Italy or in our Turku office in Finland. This is a permanent position. You will be Reporting to the After Sales Manager in USA. We are ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing  You will act as a central point of contact for customers, vendors, and logistics partners, with responsibilities including:
Preparing and following up on customer quotations
Handling customer purchase orders and order confirmations
Managing supplier purchase orders
Coordinating delivery schedules with vendors, logistics, and customers
Supporting invoicing and monitoring overdue receivables
Responding promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle
Taking overall responsibility for customer accounts and supporting a variety of related after‑sales and coordination tasks

Basic commercial understanding of B2B business
Clear communication and strong cooperation skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
A structured and service‑oriented way of working
Fluent written and spoken English
Finnish and/or Italian skills are considered an advantage
