La risorsa lavorerà alla creazione di concept creativi e allo sviluppo di packaging ad alto impatto visivo per prodotti cosmetici, collaborando a stretto contatto con il team vendite, prodotto e sviluppo, seguendo i progetti dalla fase creativa fino alla realizzazione dei disegni tecnici.

Il nuovo designer sarà inserito in un ambiente dinamico e creativo, avrà l' opportunità di lavorare su progetti stimolanti e prodotti ad alta visibilità.Contesto internazionale e orientato all’innovazione.

Responsibilities

Conceive creative concepts and develop high-impact packaging for cosmetic products.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product and Development teams.
Follow projects from the creative phase through to the realization of technical drawings.
Work in a dynamic and creative international environment with high-visibility projects.

Qualifications

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come designer nel settore cosmetico / beauty / packaging.
Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato.
Utilizzo eccellente del pacchetto Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Ottima conoscenza della costruzione dei packaging (materiali, forme, vincoli produttivi).
Forte interesse per le tendenze del settore cosmetico, ma anche per moda e design.
Spiccata creatività e capacità di proporre soluzioni innovative.
Ottime capacità di organizzazione e gestione del lavoro.
Attitudine propositiva, orientata al problem solving.
Personalità aperta al dialogo e al confronto, con spirito collaborativo.
