ABOUT

THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Content Producer and Digital Communications Lead to manage, produce, and elevate the digital presence of Natasha Slater Studio and The Robin.
This role is central to our communications and culture ecosystem. You will oversee content production, digital storytelling, newsletters, social media management, and on-site event coverage. The position requires strong creative instincts, editorial taste, and the ability to work quickly and independently within a fast-paced environment.
This is a Partita IVA freelance collaboration structured as a full-time role, with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day remote. Event attendance is required when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation
Produce high-quality content across Instagram, Linked In, newsletters, and digital platforms for both brands.
Write, design, and deliver all newsletters (NSS + The Robin).
Develop invitations, branded materials, and digital assets using Canva.
Edit short-form video content, including reels and event recaps.
Digital Communications & Social Media
Manage the digital voice of both brands, ensuring consistency in tone and aesthetics.
Build and maintain a weekly content calendar.
Publish content across all relevant platforms and oversee community engagement.
Track analytics and provide monthly performance reporting.
Event Social Production
Attend selected events to capture live content (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes).
Coordinate photographers, videographers, and production teams.
Manage delivery of final assets and oversee selections, edits, and approvals.
Digital Operations
Maintain and update The Robin Members Area with programming, content, and member resources.
Support content workflows, approvals, and scheduling across both brands.
Ensure all materials are delivered on time and reflect brand standards.
Revenue Development (Year 2 Onwards)
Introduce and manage paid newsletter placements.
Support monetisation of digital platforms through partnerships and sponsored content.
Collaborate on building digital revenue opportunities for both brands.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in content creation, digital communication, or social media management.
Strong writing skills in English and Italian.
Excellent visual taste and creative direction.
Skilled in Canva and basic video editing tools.
Comfortable working 4 days in-office, 1 day remotely, and attending events as needed.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
A sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
