The Social Media Specialist will be the creative engine behind the Red Bull social presence, bringing bold ideas, fresh storytelling, and cultural relevance to every platforms (Tik Tok and You Tube above all).This role is responsible for ideating dynamic, social-first content that fuels fan growth, drives engagement, and positions the brand at the forefront of entertainment and sports.
This role will be also responsible to lead the social agency, social video makers and video editors in executing the social ideas, both during events or during the daily content production.
They ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual language, and storytelling across all channels. Constantly plugged into emerging trends and platform evolutions — with a sharp focus on Tik Tok and You Tube Shorts — the Social Media Specialist transforms real-time insights into relevant, high-performing content.
Data-driven and forward-thinking, this role translates performance insights into actionable strategies, continuously elevating social media expertise and digital capabilities across the organization.
Job Description SOCIAL CONTENTDevelop and produce social first content concepts around our marketing mix with a hyper focus on local relevancy and the youngest target.
Works closely with local internal content makers to ensure content is made for-platform to maximize performance.
Has a strong understanding of what local content will work with a local audience, and how to program it.
CHANNEL MANAGEMENTSupport the social media manager in developing the editorial plan of the Red Bull Italia social ecosystem using the right mix of local and global content to ensure year-long audience engagement.
Develops activation plans with the other marketing departments to maximize reach of the local and global activations.
Take a fresh tone of voice to Red Bull existing social channels: focus on Tik Tok and You Tube.
Have always a fresh and proactive eye on innovation and new digital trends and tools.
COMMUNITY AND ANALYTICSBuild community through social media community management and community focused initiatives.
Optimizes channel performance through use of analytics.
Qualifications Social Media Knowledge and Social native.
At least 2 years of Social Media job experience.
Passionate about Tik Tok, You Tube and new digital emerging trends.
Experience in social content commissioning and creation.
A collaborative and creative mindset and curious about creators’ content, national and international.
Knowledge of the basic mobile app for video and photo editing.
Annual gross salary range: € 34.000 - € 40.000 based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities.
