WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY
Motion Graphics & AI
Innovation: Create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual effects for a variety of digital content. Use AI-driven tools for advanced animations, 3D effects and innovative visual solutions, staying at the forefront of digital trends.
Video Production & Editing:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos with clarity, flow and high visual impact. Combine AI, 3D and 2D assets to create standout videos for corporate communication and major events.
Content Versioning & Localization:
Handle the daily production, resizing and adaptation of existing motion graphics assets for global markets. Implement text translations and layout adaptations across video materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance, with precision and attention to detail.
Workflow & Asset Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to brand guidelines. Keep project files and workflows meticulously organized to optimize team efficiency.
Creative
Collaboration:
Develop concepts and storyboards, and work closely with creative directors, designers, marketers, art directors and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
WHO YOU ARE
Senior-level proven experience as a Motion Designer and Video Editor, backed by a strong and diverse portfolio.
A background or degree in Video Production, Motion Design, Fine Arts, Communication or a related creative field.
Meticulous and precision-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail across files, rendering workflows and brand guidelines.
Comfortable managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.
A creative, curious mindset with a strong grasp of design principles, timing and visual storytelling — and a real drive to experiment with AI.
An excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Languages:
Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken), along with proficiency in Italian.
Expert, full operational proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Practical experience with AI-based animation tools and the integration of 3D elements into video workflows.
Strong command of composition, pacing, narrative structure and audio-to-video synchronization.
Knowledge of 3D and color grading software such as Cinema 4D, Blender or DaVinci Resolve.
Specific experience creating immersive, high-impact video content for corporate events and live activations.
WHAT WE OFFER
Hybrid work: 3+ days of smart working per week
Employment or freelance (P.IVA) collaboration, depending on your profile
Gross annual salary (RAL) between €26,000 and €34,000, commensurate with experience (equivalent day rate for P.IVA profiles)
