Lo Films is a Milan-based video production company working across Italy, Europe and internationally. We produce corporate films, event coverage, commercials and documentaries, combining a refined visual approach with reliable, client-focused production.
We are expanding our trusted freelance production team and looking for a senior Videographer / Director of Photography for recurring project-based assignments starting from September 2026.
The role
Most assignments will involve covering international corporate events and filming executive interviews for high-level clients and organizations. Depending on the project, you may work independently, alongside a camera assistant, or lead a small on-location crew.
You should be comfortable taking responsibility for the complete production setup and representing No

Lo Films professionally in international, client-facing environments.
Your responsibilities may include:
Independently filming corporate events, conferences and executive interviews
Setting up and lighting professional interviews
Managing two-camera interview setups, including cameras, lighting and audio
Shooting cinematic event B-roll using a gimbal
Recording institutional and broadcast-style coverage with wide and close-up camera angles
Working confidently with Sony Cinema Line cameras, particularly the FX3, FX6 or higher-end models
Managing wireless microphones, boom microphones and on-location audio
Coordinating camera assistants or additional crew members on more complex productions
Ensuring an organized and reliable handover of footage and production materials
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with good judgment, reliability and excellent interpersonal communication.
Essential requirements:
Demonstrable professional experience in corporate, documentary or event video production
Professional proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level or above
Ability to conduct all client and crew communication confidently in English
Strong experience lighting interviews and managing two-camera productions independently
Professional experience operating Sony Cinema Line cameras
Confident use of gimbals in live event environments
Based in Milan or within practical commuting distance
Valid VAT number and ability to invoice No

Valid passport and availability to travel internationally approximately four or five times per year, for assignments lasting from a few days to one week
A calm, polished and respectful approach when working with executives, speakers, clients and international teams
Additional advantages:
Ownership of a professional camera, lighting and audio kit suitable for corporate event coverage
Experience leading assistants or small production crews
Interest or practical experience in generative AI and emerging production technologies
