Working model:
Part-time non-exclusive consultancy – 3 days per week
Annual consultancy fee: €80,000–€95,000, depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Consultant to support the creative development of the Women's Ready-to-Wear collection for an established international contemporary fashion brand.
The consultant will work closely with the Creative team, contributing to the development of seasonal collections and providing senior creative expertise throughout the design and creative process.

Key Responsibilities
Support the creative development of seasonal Women's Ready-to-Wear collections, from initial concepts through to final collection layout.
Provide creative direction and design input on silhouettes, fabrics, details, treatments and overall collection concepts.
Develop and refine design proposals in line with the brand's creative identity and positioning.
Conduct research across fashion, culture, art and contemporary trends to bring fresh perspectives to the collection.
Work closely with the Product Development and Merchandising teams throughout the development process.
Review samples and provide clear creative and product feedback.
Contribute to fittings, collection reviews and key development milestones.
Support the development of seasonal mood boards, color palettes, fabric directions and collection narratives.
Ensure a consistent and elevated creative vision across the collection.
Profile
10+ years of professional experience in Women's Ready-to-Wear design or creative consultancy, preferably within an established international fashion environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent creative vision and product sensibility.
Solid understanding of fabrics, garment construction, proportions and manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of contemporary fashion and international market trends.
Ability to combine creative thinking with a strong understanding of product and commercial needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities within seasonal timelines.
Professional proficiency in English is required. xpavfwm
