Financial Controller; F&B-Restaurants

Sunset Hospitality Group is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.  SHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.  We are looking for a  Financial Controller  for our F&B outlets (restaurants) across two hospitality destinations in Milan:  Palazzo Cordusio  and  Torre Velasca  .

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations across multiple locations. This role provides hands-on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.  Main responsibilities  Supports financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgeting  Leads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entities  Drives the digitalization of accounting processes  Assists in forecasting and budgeting, including variance analisys  Provides financial evaluation and business case support for new openings  Prepares financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders  Collaborates directly with the General Manager and Director of Operations to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights  Qualifications  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-site F&B, hospitality, or retail environment  Strong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English  Solid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools  Knowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS  Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendations  Extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting  Benefits  Competitive Salary  Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More:
