Finance Specialist (Outsourcing)
Responsibilities

Manage channel finance for key accounts, including financial solutions, incentive and joint marketing budget and activities, channel settlement & reconciliation, and participation in developing channel settlement rules.
Produce monthly forecast and analysis.
Conduct operations and financial analysis of channel customers using customer financial reports and business information to evaluate profitability, operational efficiency, and financial risks.
Communicate with business personnel regularly to disclose risks and issues identified during business operations in a timely manner and track issues to resolution.
Communicate with customers regularly to understand requirements, resolve disputed issues or risks, provide solutions, and follow up on closure.

Qualifications

Effective communication skills, both oral and written in English.
Knowledge of channel finance, accounting, budgeting, international trade, and auditing.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
