Job Summary
Lead the overall finance function of Sany Italy subsidiary, formulate tax strategy, manage a cross-cultural finance team of 5–6 people, and ensure full compliance with Italian local regulations and Group financial standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end financial management of the overseas subsidiary, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal control.
Develop and implement strategic tax planning and compliance in line with Italian tax laws and EU requirements.
Lead, coach, and develop a multinational finance team of 5–6 staff.
Coordinate with Group headquarters, external auditors, local tax authorities, banks, and legal advisors.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly/yearly closing and financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and Group policies.
Monitor financial risks, optimize cost efficiency, and support business decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA / ACCA certification is strongly preferred.
5+ years of overall finance management experience.
2+ years of hands-on working experience in Italy.
Fluent working English;
Italian language is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Italian local financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting rules.
Strong cross-cultural communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
