Experteer Overview As a Credit Risk Analyst at Scalapay, you help safeguard our credit portfolio and customers by monitoring risk, identifying patterns, and supporting strategies to reduce losses without harming experience. You’ll partner with data science, product, engineering, and fraud teams to drive measurable impact across the credit lifecycle in a fast‑moving BNPL environment.

This role offers exposure to decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration with a focus on responsibility and growth. You will work on data‑driven analyses, portfolio monitoring, and evolving risk strategies in a leading fintech setting.

Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor and analyze the credit portfolio using data‑driven studies and reporting

Track portfolio performance and trends to inform forecasting and risk insights

Oversee and improve application processing and credit scoring processes with internal and external providers

Utilize Credit Bureau data and indicators to support credit decisions and monitoring

Collaborate with Fraud Management to detect and prevent emerging fraud patterns

Contribute to evolving credit risk strategies in a fast‑growing BNPL environment

ResponsabilitàBachelor in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field

Hands‑on experience with credit scoring models, tools, and methodologies

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis

Experience or working knowledge of AWS‑based tools (Sage Maker, Feast, Amazon Quick Sight)
Solid understanding of credit risk management in financial services, payments, or e‑commerce

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
