Supply Chain Business Controller

Location: Vimercate

Experteer Overview  In this role you will act as a trusted business partner providing financial insights and decision support across South Europe secondary warehouses. You will lead end-to-end controlling activities and collaborate with LSCM, Finance, and other stakeholders in an international environment. You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to enable data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement. The position offers exposure to cross‑country logistics finance with a strong impact on cost efficiency and business performance.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Prepare and deliver the monthly LSCM performance package tracking warehousing and logistics costs
Coordinate with centralized Accounting for timely month and year closures
Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for South Europe secondary warehouses
Provide proactive financial insights and anticipate operating issues
Perform financial analysis to support key investment decisions
Support LSCM and cross-functional teams with logistics cost analysis and business case development
Monitor cost variances, KPIs, and performance trends
Contribute to standardized EMEA LSCM controlling routines, tools, and methodologies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within lean controlling environment
Ensure full compliance with Bridgestone EMEA finance and internal control policies
Responsabilità   Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years in business controlling in multinational industrial environments
Experience in logistics or freight cost controlling and forecasting
Track record in controlling or performance‑improvement projects
Advanced Excel
SAP FI‑CO modules

Experience with SAP BI or similar reporting tools
Solid understanding of logistics flows and cost drivers
Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory
Spanish, Italian, or French is a strong plus
