Position: Senior Specialist Finance (m/f/d)

Experteer Overview  As a Senior Specialist Finance & Controlling, you help shape the financial backbone for Exyte’s European high-tech projects. You’ll partner with the regional Italy finance team and collaborate with project managers, business leads, and central functions to drive budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting. Your work supports IFRS-compliant closings, cost control, and KPI insights, enabling data‑driven decisions. This role blends regional focus with international collaboration and process improvement.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans for Italian entities
Execute monthly closings and provide variance analyses and performance reports
Collaborate with regional controlling team and interface with central finance (Germany and other sites)
Monitor project and cost center performance and evaluate deviations
Support closings in accordance with IFRS and local standards
Consult with project and department managers on cost development and financial KPIs
Continuously improve controlling processes and reporting tools
Responsabilità   3+ years of experience in controlling in an international, project-driven environment
Solid knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and management reporting

Experience with SAP FI/CO
Strong Excel skills
Fluent in English;
Italian is an advantage
Intercultural communication and proactive mindset
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Requisiti fondamentali   3+ years of experience in controlling in an international, project-driven environment
Solid knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and management reporting
