Textile FP&A Specialist

Location: Quarona

Overview   In this role you support the FP&A Manager in the planning and control of the Textile business’s financial and commercial areas, acting as a partner to the Commercial Team. You help monitor performance against budgets, provide insightful variance analysis, and support monthly close and reporting. You will also assist on price list and transfer pricing processes, budgeting, and cash-flow estimations, contributing to safer, data-driven decisions.

This is a growth-focused, cross-functional role.
Responsibilities     Support FP&A Manager in monthly P&L closing and reporting with variance analysis
Monitor Top Line performance by commercial units and compare against budget/prior years
Track operating expenses across business units against budget and prior year
Deliver standard reporting and analysis to the commercial team
Participate in price list and transfer pricing processes to aid business decisions
Assist planning and budgeting for Top Line and Opex in the financial/commercial area
Contribute to defining metrics and standards for commercial/financial interpretation
Review periodic reporting on commercial performance to align with business needs
Provide cash-flow estimations for relevant cash items in the Commercial Area
Requirements     University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar
3-4 years of experience in Controlling or similar roles
Excellent analytical skills with a business orientation
Dynamic, proactive, team player and result oriented
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and reporting/BI tools
Good English, both spoken and written
