Senior Pricing Analyst

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive data-driven pricing decisions for the EMEA region, improving profitability and enabling disciplined pricing. You work with cross-functional teams to support pricing governance, margins, and value-based strategies. You’ll develop analyses and insights that inform commercial decisions and help scale pricing practices. Retribuzione / Benefits   Own annual list price cycle from planning to go-live with data accuracy and audit readiness
Prepare pricing analyses and documentation for stakeholder reviews and approvals
Coordinate inputs and approvals across Sales, Finance and VP-level teams with governance compliance
Manage pricing exceptions and ensure justified approvals
Partner with Master Data and pricing operations to implement prices in Oracle with proper documentation
Monitor pricing discipline via guardrails, discount thresholds and pricing policies
Maintain distributor pricing inputs and reference datasets for controls
Develop and improve pricing templates to support informed price changes
Coordinate implementation of approved price changes across the price list
Own monitoring and reduction of PO price vs Oracle price mismatches and drive corrective actions
Analyse price capture by cluster/customer using agreed methodology and monitor key pricing KPIs
Analyse discount matrices and adjust based on margin impact and feasibility
Responsabilità   BA/BS/MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing or commercial analytics, preferably in Med Tech
Strong knowledge of qualitative analysis, finance and statistics
Advanced knowledge of SFDC CPQ, Power BI, SFDC CRM analytics, Model N
Basic understanding of P&L profitability, pricing strategies and research/analysis
Excellent written and verbal English, and presentation skills
Ability to learn and use data systems to communicate insights to stakeholders
Experience working in a matrix environment and building cross-functional networks
