Role Overview
The FP&A Analyst reports to the Head of FP&A for Italy, based in our Milan office. The role involves analysing and forecasting financial information to support Senior Management in critical decision-making across the Italian portfolio.
Responsibilities
Monthly and year‑end reporting with consolidated managerial results, including operating assets, projects under development, and service companies.
Review financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for the Italy business.
Develop budgets and forecasts, support cash flow estimation for shareholder distributions.
Prepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and non‑financial stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results versus budgeted and forecasted figures, identify variances and provide corrective recommendations.
Create ad‑hoc reports as required.
Partner cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date financial data.

Skills and Qualifications
Background in Financial Planning & Analysis or controlling within a corporate environment.
Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting processes.
Hands‑on experience preparing managerial reports and presenting financial insights to Senior Management.
Proficiency in English, spoken and written (additional languages a plus).
Tech fluency, including familiarity with or interest in developing AI tools to streamline data preparation and reporting.
