Main Responsibilities  As part of a key production site within an international industrial group, you will play a central role in the  economic management of the plant  .  Your responsibilities will include:  Participation for the  finance topics  to the launch of the production of a new gearbox  Monitoring and analyzing industrial performance: production costs, efficiency, variances between standard and actual.  

Budget preparation  and follow-up : mid-term plan, annual budget, forecasts, monthly revisions.  Financial reporting  : dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), ad hoc analyses, and group consolidation.  Cost control  : analysis of direct and indirect costs, identification of optimization opportunities.  Participation in continuous improvement : advising entity managers and operational teams, digitalization, and reporting automation..  Collaboration with operational teams and group functions : production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance, human resources.  

Profile  Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or Business/Engineering School  Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial controlling, ideally in an international environment.  Proficiency in reporting tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP such as SAP).  Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.  Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.  English  proficiency required – minimum B1 level (frequent interactions with international teams).
