Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Analyst

Location: San Cesario di Lecce

Controller (BSR Controller) – San Cesario sul Panaro (MO)
Responsibilities Support the implementation of SAP ERP for new acquisitions, including customization of the management system

Prepare and analyze periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly)
Monitor budget and forecast; analyze costs, revenues, and margins by area/business unit Support the preparation of the annual budget

Collaborate with different company functions for data collection

Develop and improve company KPIsSupport the monthly accounting close

Conduct ad‑hoc analysis upon management request

Optimize control and reporting processes

Education and Qualifications Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines

Technical Skills Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP, Outlook, Power BI, Tagetik Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA ERP management system

Excellent knowledge of Excel Basic knowledge of general and analytical accounting

Data analysis and modeling skills

Personal Skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Compensation:
Base salary €38,553 – €53,010, with additional components discussed during recruitment.
