Experteer Overview  As a Real-Estate Business Development Controller, you will oversee the financial sustainability of Technogym's major real-estate and development initiatives from Cesena. You’ll deliver ROI analysis, risk-aware scenarios, and structured financial oversight to guide strategic investments. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure financial discipline across project life cycles and report outcomes to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role that shapes Technogym's future through sophisticated investment governance.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Develop and manage business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario modelling for major real-estate and strategic development initiatives
Provide structured financial oversight on complex investment projects with interdependent variables, long time frames, and elevated risk
Monitor and manage financial performance of ongoing development projects, flagging deviations and recommending corrective actions
Support business development activities providing financial analysis, market sizing, and investment evaluation
Collaborate with project managers, legal, and business development teams to ensure financial discipline throughout the lifecycle of each initiative
Prepare clear and structured financial reporting for senior management and the CFO on project progress and economic outcomes
Responsabilità   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Management
Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, project finance, or real-estate investment analysis
Strong financial modelling skills, including DCF, ROI, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning
Experience managing or overseeing complex multi-year investment projects
Solid understanding of real-estate economics, development project dynamics, and associated financial risks
Ability to synthesize complex financial information and present it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel or financial modelling tools
Fluency in Italian and English
