Rates Trader - European Government Bonds Vice President

Experteer Overview   In this role, you contribute to the Global Markets team in Milan by supporting market making and liquidity in Core and Semi-Core European Government Bonds. You will price opportunities, manage risk within defined limits, and identify relative value trades to grow the desk’s franchise. You collaborate with Sales, Research and Trading to drive business growth and stay ahead of macro rate drivers.

Provide competitive pricing and liquidity to clients
Manage risk exposure and inventory within defined limits
Identify trading opportunities through market and relative value analysis
Collaborate with Sales, Research and Trading teams to support business growth
Responsabilità    6-8 years of experience in Rates Trading
Knowledge of European government bond markets and interest rate products
Pricing and risk management capabilities

Experience with trading and risk management platforms
Understanding of macroeconomic rate drivers
Degree in finance, economics or quantitative field
English level B2 or above
