Experteer Overview As a Treasury Senior Specialist you will lead end-to-end treasury initiatives across functions and geographies to optimize liquidity, risk management, and efficiency. You will drive transformation projects, implement banking and treasury solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support strategic objectives.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead treasury projects from initiation to execution and post-implementation review
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business needs
Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, IT, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and external banks
Manage governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and reporting to senior management
Ensure on‑time delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
Develop project documentation, process maps, and implementation plans
Support and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships
Monitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities
Assist in cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory implementations
Lead Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations (Piteco, SAP) and enhancements
Coordinate bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, payment platforms)
Support ERP integration projects affecting treasury processes
Drive automation and standardization across treasury operations
Collaborate with IT to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities
Responsabilità Proven experience managing end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of treasury processes, banking products, liquidity structures, and risk management
Experience with Treasury Management Systems;
Piteco experience mandatory
Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
3–5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury, cash management, treasury consulting, or treasury operations
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus
Knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Nice to have professional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
