Position: Junior Quantitative Analyst - Proprietary Trading (Front Office)
Location: Sant'Ambrogio di Torino

We are seeking a   Junior Quantitative Analyst   , offering a clear internal growth path who will work in close collaboration with the   Head of Proprietary Portfolio Management   and the trading desks, contributing directly to the development of the quantitative infrastructure that supports trading decisions and portfolio management activities.
The team manages the Bank’s   Banking Book   and proprietary   Trading Portfolios   across the principal asset classes (Fixed Income, Equity, and FX). The management approach is active, collaborative, and focused on identifying innovative investment solutions.

Key Responsabilities
Conduct quantitative analysis of trading ideas and portfolio exposures
Develop and maintain valuation libraries and systematic scoring models
Construct and manage datasets and quantitative analysis pipelines
Support quantitative research initiatives and the development of systematic strategies

Requirements
0–3 years of experience as a Quantitative Analyst, Quantitative Researcher, or Junior Quantitative Portfolio Manager
Strong interest in financial markets and quantitative portfolio management
Knowledge of the principal asset classes, with particular emphasis on Fixed Income and interest rate derivatives
Strong foundation in financial mathematics, statistics, and quantitative methods
Programming skills in Python (Num Py, pandas, stats models)
Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to finance is considered a plus

Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and Bloomberg API is considered a plus
Excellent command of English
Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Precision, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline; specialisation in Quantitative Finance or a related field is preferred

The expected range salary (RAL) for this position is 45.000 – 60.000 per year.
