Responsibilities
The intern will support the operations team in the management and monitoring of activities related to securities custody, playing an active role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of administrative and control processes. This includes contributing to the proper maintenance of records, assisting in the verification of asset ownership held by investment funds, and participating in the collection and analysis of statistical data.

The role also involves engaging with both domestic and international counter parties, providing exposure to cross-border financial operations. Through hands-on experience, the intern will develop a solid understanding of operational workflows and gain valuable technical and analytical skills within the financial and banking environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Headings vault:
Management of physical certificates printing and canceling, sending and receiving to counter parties, accounting in the procedures used by the bank for the management of the securities deposit
Internal base date update: coupon and related dividends
Central securities with and relations with foreign sub - depositories
Statistical data management
Records and Event Management in the Recordkeeping tool
Verifies ownership of the assets held by the Funds as required by law

Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Statistics
