Purchasing & Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision-making, focusing on profitability, cash, working capital and cost reduction.

Support Programming and quarterly Forecast processes, providing relevant information to management.

Prepare data for management’s decision‑making process in ad‑hoc analysis, using information to advise on performance improvements, risk or opportunities.

Prepare data for financial auditing and risk analysis, ensuring a culture of compliance.

Prepare a complete reporting set analysing variances between planned and actual on sales, contribution margins and structure costs; provide variance explanations and commentaries.

Support analysis of results in areas such as investment, sourcing, cost reduction and commercial performance.

Communicate with all areas of the enterprise, including sales, marketing and accounting.

Support an effective relationship with Corporate, providing timely answers and proposing value‑added improvements.

Requirements

Professional experience in the role or a similar one of at least 5 years.

Management experience, preferably in a multinational context with similar dimensions and activities.

Languages:

English and a second language.

Highest Education Level: Finance/Economics Degree.
