Experteer Overview  As Collection Manager for Consumer Credit, you own the end-to-end strategy for collections across lending products, using data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. You’ll shape personalized engagement, optimize ROI, and ensure compliant, high-quality collection activities in collaboration with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal. This role combines strategic design with hands‑on execution in a fast-moving fintech environment. You’ll drive measurable impact on recovery metrics while advancing AI-enabled collection approaches.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Design and execute data-driven collection strategies across risk profiles and product types
Develop AI-powered approaches to improve next-best-action, predictive contact strategies, and prioritization
Personalize customer engagement and tone of voice across channels and timings
Own collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect) and ensure ROI-positive initiatives
Ensure collection activities meet SLAs and regulatory requirements balancing effectiveness and fairness
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams and manage external partners like collection agencies
Responsabilità   7+ years of experience in consumer credit/collections (BNPL, unsecured/secured credit)
Fintech, banking, or financial services background
Knowledge of SEPA framework is a strong plus
Strong data & analytical mindset with experience in segmentation models
Experience applying AI in collections (predictive scoring, automated decisioning)
Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
Customer-centric approach with ability to influence behavior through tailored communication
