Real Estate Finance - Analyst

Experteer Overview  In this role you will support ING Italy’s Real Estate Sector Coverage team in originating and executing cash flow-based financing structures for the real estate sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure transactions, assist with credit analysis, and monitor post-closing activities with the Portfolio and Risk Management teams. You will help prepare internal notes, greenlight memos, and client presentations, while staying abreast of market trends and sustainability initiatives.

Retribuzione / Benefits   Support in evaluating new clients and managing existing relationships, including KYC tasks
Monitor market and industry trends and summarize external information for stakeholders
Draft internal notes and update team on material developments
Assist in the preparation of Greenlight Memo and analysis of financing teasers
Create PPTs for commercial proposals and RE-related topics for internal/external audiences
Organize and manage electronic project documentation and related legal/borrowing data
Cross-check reporting data against the document management system and update as needed
Support sustainability-related activities and attend site visits with the team
Responsabilità   Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent training in financial analysis
Previous experience in Real Estate, Structured Finance, or General Lending in a financial institution
Proven analytical skills
Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; especially Excel)
Fluency in English and Italian
