Experteer Overview  In this role you will drive tariff and underwriting deployment to keep pricing competitive and quickly bring enhancements to market. You will work within Actuarial to optimize tool performance and adaptability of developments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will analyze tariff impacts on portfolio performance, develop pricing features, and prepare data for ad hoc analyses. This role combines analytical rigor with global collaboration to shape pricing strategies for Allianz Direct.

Implement underwriting components
Conduct scenario testing to assess tariff impact on portfolio performance and measure effectiveness
Develop and maintain features, rating factors, and reports aligned with KPI
Explore data using internal and external sources
Collect and prepare data for ad hoc analyses
Collaborate with other business functions
Responsabilità   1-3 years experience in Insurance or consulting with a data/pricing focus
Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science
Knowledge of Wills Tower Watson pricing suite
SQL, Python, and Java
Proficient with Office
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams with stakeholders
Team spirit, self-motivation, proactive, result-driven; capable in a global, multicultural environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluent in Italian and English
