Position: SENIOR PRICING ACTUARY - P&C

Experteer Overview  In this role you support the Pricing Team for Midcorporate, focusing on Non Motor products for Enterprises. You will develop and review tariffs and technical pricing in line with Group Best Practices, applying advanced analytics to evaluate risk and portfolio impact. You work cross-functionally to ensure technical excellence and align IT requirements with tariff and database structures. The role offers the chance to shape pricing concepts, contribute to new product definitions, and drive forward-looking performance dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

This is a hands‑on, impact-driven position in a collaborative, technically rigorous environment.

Overall rate requirement analysis
Technical analysis using statistical methods for risk and behavioural models
What-if analyses to assess tariff impacts on portfolio performance
Define technical IT requirements for tariff implementation and database structure
Regular quality checks of models and analyses
Develop reports based on forward-looking KPIs
Participate in groups defining new product concepts
Interface with corporate functions on business/regulatory matters
Collaborate to uphold technical excellence standards
Responsabilità   Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or equivalent field
3–5+ years in Insurance/P&C pricing projects in Non motor
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint;
PowerBI a plus
Knowledge of GLMs; machine learning knowledge a plus
Proficiency in Python or R; SQL or SAS
Knowledge of Tower Watson Suite (Emblem, Radar);
Classifier a plus
Stakeholder engagement abilities
Proactive in tool/process improvement
Continuous knowledge improvement mindset
Fluency in Italian and English
