Economic Research - VP

Location: Cusano

As an economist at ING, you will support multiple departments and clients with analyses and forecasts of the financial and economic environment. You contribute as an expert to ING’s image in client and media interactions, collaborating in a Milan-based duo while tying into the Global Research team to shape global economic outlooks. You produce forecasts, write notes and reports, and present key views to colleagues and clients.

Deliver results within tight deadlines and maintain a team-oriented approach
Apply proactive, creative problem-solving to support business objectives
At least 2 years of experience in economic research
University degree in economics (Masters or higher)
Proficient Italian (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Autonomous yet collaborative team player
Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and PowerPoint presentations
Ability to manage critical situations with sound decision-making
