End-to-end process ownership ensuring quality, efficiency, and governance
Strategic partnering with management to enable informed decisions
Planning, forecasting, and performance management across cycles

Resource and investment stewardship to maximise ROI
Finance transformation and evolving operating model through automation and digital tools
Proven FP&A, forecasting, and reporting experience in multinational organizations
Finance experience in industrial/production-driven environments
Strong business partnering with senior stakeholders
Analytical, data-driven problem solving with rigorous modelling
Numerate with advanced financial modelling and analytics
Independent and collaborative in cross-functional settings
Strong commercial acumen translating insights into actions
