Senior Concierge Manager

Location: Maserà di Padova

Acquera Yachting is consolidating its Venetian office structure and is looking for a highly motivated individual capable of tackling challenges alongside a team of professionals, in the role of  Senior Concierge Manager.

As a Concierge based at the HQ and involved with the Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ultimate satisfaction of our yacht customers by providing personalized services and crafting exceptional experiences.

Role:
The Concierge is responsible to deliver bespoke, top-tier tailored services to the client’s personal preferences and lifestyle. This includes managing luxury travel arrangements, organizing exclusive events, providing insider access to high-end experiences and ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.

Responsibilities:
Acting as the main point of contact, available 24/7
Anticipating client needs and build strong, trust-based relationships
Planning and selling tailored high - end experiences with an in-depth knowledge of Venice
Assisting with the organizing of on-site events and ensuring their successful execution
Ensuring accurate quotations for services and obtaining client authorization
Managing invoices and coordinating with the Accounting Department
Expanding the supplier network and local specialists
Supporting the Operations Department in the formality procedures (if needed)
Managing information in compliance with GDPR regulations

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as Concierge
Deep knowledge of Venice and its surrounding areas
Exceptional communication, discretion, adaptability, problem-solving and attention to detail
Emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate and exceed client needs
Fluent English
