Job description  Mangia's Favignana is looking for a Life Resort Manager who leads the overall guest experience, blending hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle in line with brand standards. They coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver memorable, tailored stays.  

Key Responsibilities  Oversee the full guest experience, integrating hospitality, wellness, activities, and lifestyle services  Coordinate departments (front office, spa, F&B, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellence  Design tailored experiential programs aligned with brand identity and guest expectations  Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs  Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiatives  Train and motivate staff to deliver empathetic, proactive, and memorable service  Requirements  Proven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness properties  Strong guest-centric approach, personalization skills, and attention to detail  Cross-functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communication  Empathetic leadership and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams  Excellent command of English and preferably a second language  What we offer  Seasonal contract  Accommodation available  Meals provided  Career growth opportunities within the company  Dynamic and collaborative work environment  Ongoing training and access to professional development courses
