Gestione e organizzazione di pacchetti turistici per clientela di lingua tedesca.
Contatto diretto con clienti e fornitori (strutture ricettive, trasporti, servizi).Elaborazione preventivi e gestione delle prenotazioni.
Assistenza clienti prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno.
Coordinamento delle attività operative legate ai viaggi organizzati.
Gestione della documentazione e delle pratiche amministrative.
Collaborazione con il team commerciale per lo sviluppo di nuove proposte turistiche.
